C1 Energy Live on Fame, LIM

C1 Energy, a provider of market data on China’s petroleum markets, has begun distributing a daily feed of oil prices from the People’s Republic through both Fame Information Services and Logical Information Machines (LIM).

The agreement with Fame was originally announced in late July 2003 and was C1’s first with a foreign redistributor (IMD, Aug. 11, 2003). A spokesperson for C1 says the service took longer than expected to go live because Fame had to go through "a rigorous testing process." The
