Noonan Tries To Break From Contract For Delivery Of FX Data To Telerate

Telerate Systems Inc. has obtained a restraining order from the New York State Supreme Court that temporarily prevents foreign exchange broker Noonan, Astley & Pearce Inc. from breaking its long-term contract to supply real-time financial information, including foreign exchange rates, to Telerate.
