Harco Launches The Streaming Delay Server To Help Reduce Data Costs

LONDON--Harco, a UK-based company that provides technical consulting and software tools, has released the Streaming Delay Server (SDS) in Europe; the product delays real-time data to help reduce data costs from any Reuters Triarch-based market data feeds.
