Stifel Nicolaus & Co., Key Services Corp., First Albany Corp. and a group at Kemper Securities Corp. have each taken steps to increase their reliance on Beta Systems Inc.'s upgraded retail quote service -- dubbed, rather protractedly, Betaquotes for the Windows Operating System.
