FTI's Brooks Is Out; Asset Mgt Business US-Centric

LONDON--The April arrival of chief executive of the FT Group, Stephen Hill, has brought the latest reorganization at FT Information--the ousting of its chief executive, Martin Brooks and marketing director, Mark Hynes.

The latest reorganization is to "reflect the changing size and shape as well as the importance of its asset management business within FTI". Brooks, after 20 years working in various positions in the FT Group, will leave the company at the end of September. Hynes, leaves after 18
