PSA's Facilities Management RFP: Treasuries Price Feed To Include Bid, Offer And Last Sale

A draft request for proposal (RFP) for a Treasuries price feed calls for both a "digital data stream" and a page-based data feed that include best bid and offer quotations along with last sale prices for U.S. government securities.
In a copy of the 10-page RFP obtained by IMD, the issuer refers to itself as the Government Securities Information Association (GSIA), a working name apparently given to the Public Securities Association's soon-to-be-founded price information adjunct.
