Interactive Data Buys IS.Teledata
ORGANIZATION & STRATEGY
Interactive Data Corp. has announced plans to acquire German data vendor IS.Teledata and its subsidiaries from its shareholders for E48.5 million in cash.
The acquisition will be complete before the end of the year and is contingent upon attaining at least 95 percent approval from IS.Teledata's shareholders as well as standard closing conditions.
IS.Teledata's offerings include hosting services, content and software such as IS.Slider (IMD, July 4).
