NEW YORK--It seems traders are as worried this year about decimalization as market data managers. This issue topped the list of issues impacting the markets in 2000 according to recent survey results from the Security Traders Association (STA), an industry trade organization composed of professionals in the US, Canada and Europe, engaged in the buying, selling and trading of securities.
