Reuters Will Cut Foreign Equities From Monitor Sept. 1

Reuters Holdings PLC has told North American users of its Monitor-delivered International Securities Service (ISS) that they must switch to equivalent services carried on its Integrated Data Network (IDN) by Sept. 1 or lose access to ISS data, sources say. The move caught many ISS users off guard, leaving them with little time to assess whether their market data requirements justify an upgrade to Reuters' IDN- delivered Equities 2000 or ART 2000.
