Thomson Financial Municipals Group, a unit of Thomson Financial, has acquired Dubois, Brown & Co., a provider of debt-structuring software tools for the municipal and asset-backed industries. Thomson plans to integrate DuBois, Brown’s offerings with its Bidcomp and Dalcomp Bookrunning and Wire System, both municipal service offerings. Details of the purchase price were not disclosed.
