Liberty Brokerage Inc. and GOVPX Inc. are the objects of some rather pointed questions addressed to Securities and Exchange Commission chairman Richard Breeden by Edward Markey, chairman of the House Telecommunications and Finance Subcommittee. In a letter sent earlier this month, Markey requested a response to, among others, allegations that GOVPX's Treasury prices can at times fall so far behind prices on the interdealer broker screens as to be undeserving of the name "real-time."
