Dumping Stockmate, Ferris Baker Picks Up Adp Over ILX, Quotron And Shark Text
BROKER WATCH
Washington D.C.-based regional broker Ferris, Baker Watts Inc. has opted for ADP's FS Partner AF quote system for its 160 users. The PC-based system from ADP will replace Ferris' current StockMate Financial Systems Inc. system, which delivers Telekurs data via an RS/6000 server to dumb terminals.
ADP defeated ILX, Quotron and Shark Information Services Corp. about a month ago, capping an evaluation process that lasted four months. StockMate was not considered, say Ferris officials. In choosing
