Daiwa Bank To Roll K-R's Cornerstone To 31 In New York

Daiwa Bank Ltd. in New York has signed a deal with Knight- Ridder Financial/Americas to roll out Knight-Ridder's Moneycenter for Windows 3.0 to each of the 31 foreign- exchange, fixed-income, derivatives and commodity positions on the bank's planned new trading floor. Along with Moneycenter for Windows 3.0., also known as Cornerstone, the floor will be outfitted with a number of Reuter Terminals, but only at a selected few positions.
