and The Fantastic Corp., a provider of Internet protocol-based software for multimedia, have teamed up to produce Broadcast Objects, a service that uses technology from Fantastic to deliver Reuters content over high-speed digital broadband networks. Users can incorporate the data into multimedia channels that combine video, sound, text, photos or data and then broadcast the channels to PCs or set-top boxes. Reuters and Fantastic expect to expand the service over the coming year with newOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
