Lynch Jones Sues Over S&P MMS' Use Of Its Data

Lynch Jones & Ryan, the New York-based market research firm whose Redbook Retail Averages are distributed to investors every Tuesday afternoon, is suing Standard & Poor's over alleged misuse of Lynch's proprietary data. The suit was filed in state court in New York and seeks damages of at least $1 million.
