Nasdaq Upgrades Unisys Quote Platform

Nasdaq has upgraded its Unisys ClearPath platform, which processes quote updates from traders, to increase its capacity in preparation for the launch of SuperMontage, its trading and display system. The new platform, which went live on June 24, is the centerpiece of a $21 million technology and services deal.

"This is one of the most significant upgrades of our year," says Rich Lind, senior vice president, data center operations and software quality management for Nasdaq.
