CEIC Data Launches Corporate Database

Hong Kong-based CEIC Data expects to launch a database of information on companies listed on the major stock exchanges in Asia in the first quarter of 2004.
Agnes Au, general manager at the company, which specializes in Asian financial and economic information databases, tells Inside Market Data that she expects a prototype of CEIC Corporate Database to be available in the next two months, with the full version to be released by April 2004.
