NASDAQ Delays Inside Quote Implementation Until February

NEW YORK--The Nasdaq Stock Market has postponed its plans to implement inside quote calculations in after-hours trading until February 7th, 2000, delaying the availability of the additional source of data.
The inside quote, originally scheduled for implementation on December 6, is calculated from the highest bid and lowest offer from all market participants throughout the after-hours session--4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time--in securities which market participants have entered
