Three Pilot “FAST” FIX Data


The London Stock Exchange and Archipelago Exchange have joined the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in a proof of concept project to evaluate FIX messages adapted for market data distribution.

The exchanges are in the middle of the first phase of testing the CME’s new message format, dubbed FAST (FIX Adapted for Streaming Data).
