PC Screen Saver Displays Quotes, News Delivered Via Web

Cupertino, Calif.-based Pointcast Inc. launched a news and stock quotes service last month that is delivered via the Internet and can be displayed as a PC screen saver. The Pointcast Network (PCN) broadcasts news from Reuters, 15-minute delayed stock quotes from Standard & Poor's Comstock as well as sport scores and weather.
