Thomson's Tech Data And Telerate Sign Marketing, Development Pact (Finally)

After protracted negotiations, Thomson's Technical Data subsidiary, as expected (IMD, May 26), has signed a long-term marketing and development agreement with Telerate. The accord ends a period of upheaval in Telerate's relationships with its optional service providers, during which Telerate sought to take a greater share of the revenue from third-party services carried on its network.
While terms of the agreement weren't disclosed, the pact likely will yield to Telerate a more favorable portion
