CQG Update Adds Charting, Alerting Tools

US vendor CQG is readying a new version of its data and trading workstation, which will feature two new charting and automated trading modules, officials tell Inside Market Data.
The first is a bid-and-ask volume charting package that shows users the volume of activity for each bid/ask spread in a way that makes it easy to gauge volume from a quick glance. It displays prices in candlestick charts, but the bars of the chart change in width and color according to the volume of bids and asks. So
