Dow Jones Newswires Revenues Slip in Q3


Third-quarter revenues for Dow Jones’ Newswires segment were down slightly, although the Electronic Publishing Group and overall business were up, the company announced last week.

Revenues for Dow Jones Newswires, which is part of the Electronic Publishing Group, fell approximately one percent from $54.3 million in the third quarter of 2002 to $53.7 million in 2003. However, while domestic revenues for Dow Jones Newswires were down approximately two percent from $43.7 million in the third quarter
