IFusion's Ex-Chairman Puts Push Technology Up For Sale

The recently ousted chairman of bankrupt IFusion is trying to sell the patent-pending source code for the audio, video and digital push technology that drove the two-year-old venture--for a cool $100 million, says a former IFusion executive.

The attorney representing the creditors' committee--which is owed approximately $12 million--declines to comment on the asking price. However, the attorney, Larry Henin of Baer, Marks & Upham of New York, does say that a "who's who" of software companies
