Merrin Takes Fix From Trinitech

Under a recent agreement, Trinitech Systems will provide FIX connectivity to Merrin Financial's global client base. Merrin's proprietary Inter Market Trading Network (ITN) communications protocol software has been rewritten for FIX and renamed Merrin Electronic Trading (MET). MET, which supports FIX versions 3.0 and 4.0, will use FIX to handle orders, executions, allocations and indications of interest. Trinitech will provide a migration path for Merrin's current clients and brokers to move to
