With DBNA In Mind, Applix, Mathworks Tout Joint Interface

The Mathworks and Applix Inc. have released Applixlink, an interface between their respective Matlab and Applixware software products. Applixlink is currently being tested at a number of sites, but the primary deployment has been at Deutsche Bank North America.
Applixlink provides Matlab users with a real-time data feed and access to historical market information through Applixware's integrated suite of applications. The two vendors took six months to develop Applixlink.
