Icap Enters Final Negotiations For New York HQ; Others Still Looking

JERSEY CITY, N.J.--Interdealer broker Garban-Intercapital (Icap) is in final negotiations for a headquarters building in the New York metropolitan area and may sign the lease by the end of the year.
The firm may settle in the new site by June or July of 2002, says Chris Ferreri, managing director of Icap’s electronic broking.
