Q: How has the volume of Posit grown? Why?
A: Posit has experienced a steady, annual volume growth rate of 55 percent since it was launched a decade ago. When we first started in 1988, there were seven clients using Posit, and we crossed a total of 73 million shares. Now, there are more than 500 firms using Posit, and to date, more than 5.1 billion shares have been matched in 1998.
