Reuters Unveils Three New Products: New APIs To Let Users Get At 3000 Data

Reuters has announced a number of new products associated with the newly released 3000 series of information services. The vendor launched the so-called Reuters Expressway product--a rental-only son of Triarch designed for medium-sized sites with 16 or more users. Reuters also announced a new API designed to give third-party platform vendors access to the historical and fundamental reference databases that underlie the 3000 series--an SSL extension dubbed the Discovery Database Kit (DDK).
