Cline Sues FD; Suit Reveals Terms Of Micrognosis' Buy-Out

One-time FD Consulting Inc. senior vice president of sales and marketing William Cline has filed a $300,000 breach of contract suit against both his former employers and Micrognosis Inc. Cline is suing in the wake of Micrognosis' fire-sale acquisition of FD's assets in July. Among other things, the legal papers filed by Cline offer an inside peek at details thus far kept private about Micrognosis' purchase of FD.
