Teknekron Breaks Dry Spell On Wall Street, Wins Goldman Sachs' New York Bond Room

Goldman Sachs & Co. has signed a letter of intent with Teknekron Software Systems Inc. to provide software in support of 425 traders and sales staff on its fixed-income desk in New York. The deal brings to a close an intensive nine-month horse race which, in its final stages, threw Teknekron into competition with FD Consulting Inc. and Reuters (TST, Sept. 8, 1992).
The firm plans to install Teknekron's Teknekron Information Bus (TIB) digital data distribution system and Marketsheet workstation
