Tradebook Gets Direct Connections To NYSE, PHLX

NEW YORK--With the successful completion of its Asian and European platforms (Institutional Trading Technology, Jan. 22), Bloomberg Tradebook is turning its attention to the US listed marketplace by establishing direct connections to the floors of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) and the New York Stock Exchange.
Tradebook has partnered with an undisclosed NYSE specialist firm to establish an electronic link via NYSE's FIX interface to the $2 brokers on the floor of the exchange. Bang says
