Arthur Pacheco is president and CEO of Strike Technologies--a recently formed electronic exchange network (ECN) owned by Bear Stearns and a consortium of broker/dealers and technology partners.
Formerly the co-head of OTC trading at Bear, Stearns & Co., Pacheco resigned his position last July to head up the new ECN.
What is Strike?
It's a cooperative effort between technology and securities firms, dedicated to building trading tools for investors and securities industry in response to regulatory
