Bank Of Korea Goes With TTRS; Also Adopts NT As Standard

The Bank of Korea went live with Dow Jones Telerate's TTRS digital data distribution system at its Seoul headquarters late last October. Telerate had to fend off competition from Reuters and Reuters' Tibco subsidiary to win the contract. Using TTRS, bank end users can access real-time prices from Telerate's TDPF and Reuters' Selectfeed Plus digital data feeds, and can also access Telerate's recently-introduced historical market data database.
