MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGY
Swiss Bank Corp./O'Connor is reorganizing its information technology division along global and functional lines to complement its latley restructured international and finance business group. Separately, the bank is still pondering the next hardware platform its NeXT Inc. NeXTstep software package will run on.
The reorg represents the follow-through on a shift that has been taking place at SBC for some time -- that is, the gradual transfer of financal technology decision-making power to O'Connor
