Smith Barney Inc. is installing systems -- to be rolled out globally -- from Infinity Financial Technology Inc. and Zai Net Software Inc. to support its fixed income and foreign exchange derivative operations, respectively. The deals come as part of an expansion of the bank's activities in these markets, and follow recent changes in its derivatives and risk management technology strategy.
