RMJ Seeks Buy-Side Traders For OTC Government Options

RMJ Securities Corp.'s Over-the-Counter Options Trading System has been cleared by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Labor to accept direct participation from mutual fund and pension fund managers.
The regulatory clearances come just a year after the SEC decided not to require that RMJ's options trading system register as an exchange. Registration as a securities exchange would have precluded RMJ Options Trading Corp. from giving institutional investors direct access to
