Reuters to Outsource Non-Datafeed Customers in the UKand Ireland to ICL
OUTSOURCING
LONDON--Reuters will outsource the management of some of the hardware and software vendor relationships of its non-datafeed customers to ICL, an IT solutions company, in a multimillion-pound, three-year contract with Reuters UK and Ireland.
David Johnson, marketing director for Reuters Trading Solutions (UKI), says, "We already outsource satellite delivery installation and hardware and software support in other product areas, but this ICL deal dwarfs these."
