NEW YORK--Bank of America is seriously considering adopting a Microsoft Windows NT-based monitoring tool that would maximize the performance of its Reuters Triarch installations around the world.
The San Francisco-based bank has an evaluation installation of the Netagent monitoring tool from International Trading Room Systems (ITRS), based in London. If purchased, the software will be used to support the Triarch installations for the bank's foreign exchange and money markets trading centres, says
