Nelson's Research Exchange, an Internet-based research-distribution system slated to go live in September, will use technology developed by Pyramid Imaging Inc., a California software company. In addition to Nelson's, Pyramid has helped several brokerage firms build their own research-distribution facilities, allowing the firms to post research directly to their institutional clients, thereby saving time and print and mailing costs.
