Bank Of America Will Roll Sungard's Devon Worldwide

Bank of America has signed a global licensing agreement with Sungard Capital Markets Inc. to standardize its foreign exchange options support on the vendor's Devon Derivatives System version 2.34. Sources say the deal is valued at over $2 million. According to B of A officials, Devon will be rolled out across the bank's operations in the U.S., Europe and Asia, as part of an initiative to rationalize its derivatives systems. They add that B of A will also use the Devon system to support U.S
