French Options Market Set To Install Swedish System

The French options market is set to install a Swedish automated trading system that combines both floor- and screen- based dealing.
While the Marche des Options Negotiables de Paris (MONEP) says it hasn't yet made a final decision, sources say it will license software from the Swedish Options and Futures Exchange (SOFE) by the end of this month.
Last fall, MONEP struck a preliminary agreement with SOFE, which recently ceased trading. If a final accord is reached, sources say MONEP could begin
