Reuters Revamps Incentives For Dealing 2000-2 Traders

PROPRIETARY EXECUTION

The details of Reuters' new incentive scheme for its Dealing 2000-2 foreign exchange matching service have emerged in a letter from marketing manager Bob Etherington to subscribers of the system. Reuters launched the new incentive plan May 1, but has declined to spell out the exact discounts being offered.

According to the letter, which was obtained by TST sibling publication FX Week, the scheme has two parts: straight discounts on transaction fees, similar to those offered by human brokers
