Deutsche Using Apama’s 'Black Box'

LONDON—Deutsche Bank is using a "black-box" solution from Apama to support its buy-side clients’ trading operations, confirms Mario Muth, director of global finance at Deutsche Bank.
The bank has been rolling out Apama’s solution globally to a group of hedge-fund clients since the end of last year. The Apama solution has been deployed to complement Deutsche’s own front-end trading platform. Apama officials acknowledge the firm’s use of its offering.
