LONDON--A whole catalogue of worries will plague Reuters’ first half 2002 results, being announced Tuesday, July 23, and the biggest is likely to be the cost of its recent restructuring, say industry observers. Continuing fallout from the equities markets is another concern, along with the very real possibility that technology sales are significantly slower this year.
