NEW YORK-Hewlett-Packard (HP) is refreshing its desktop-level and higher workstations with units that are smaller, faster, and easier to maintain, say officials, slated to debut the systems this week.

HP has rolled out 150 of the new workstations-50 of which are the new trading-oriented xw6200s-to three financial firms in New York and London as part of a pilot program.
