NEW YORK--With the launch of its new front end, the Brut Workstation, The Brut ECN is attempting to bridge the gap between the broker/dealer and the fund management communities originally brought on by the advent of ECNs and alternative trading systems. The new workstation was developed by Thebeast.
The idea is to allow users to take advantage of the electronic execution services of an ECN without sacrificing the important strategic and research services gained from relationships with the broker
