Vienna Stock Exchange Taps Interactive Data For MiFID

VIENNA-Vienna Stock Exchange (VSE) has acquired reference data from Interactive Data as part of its Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) project designed to provide firms with over-the-counter price reporting services.

As a result of MiFID, investment firms that deal away from an exchange will also need to publish their data, a service VSE aims to offer to users in Austria and Southern Germany.

The initiative, set to go live in November when MiFID becomes law in Europe, meant the VSE

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
