Nasdaq Bows New Data Fees

Nasdaq OMX has introduced new fee policies for non-display usage of its TotalView feeds and for its TOPO Plus Orders low-latency direct feed that provides access to PHLX's (the former Philadelphia Stock Exchange) TOPO (Top of PHLX Options) feed of best-bid-and-offer and last-sale data, and the PHLX Orders feed of full order book data.
