Saxo Bank Preps 'Scorecard' for Vendor Review

European investment bank and online broker Saxo Bank will next month begin a strategic review of its market data and trading technology suppliers to assess which vendors are providing the most value, and where each of those vendors could improve their service offering to the bank.

To evaluate each vendor's performance, Saxo Bank will use a matrix of its own devising that comprises four broad criteria - price, quality, service and delivery - each of which is divided into further sub-attributes
